Automotive Aftersales Manager required near Northampton

up to £40,000 basic + OTE

Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday AM

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join and lead its busy Aftersales departments and push their already successful team further forward. The business has been well-established in the area and can offer a great working environment alongside stability and longevity.

The successful Aftersales Manager will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Northampton and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager in a franchised dealership. Candidates with strong Senior Service Advisor experience will be considered! You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
  • Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
  • Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role
  • Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction

You must possess previous experience leading a busy Franchised Department alongside a customer-centric ethos, looking after new and returning customers.
