What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: £25,000 per annum plus 2% commission on sales
- Flexible Schedule: Work any 5 days out of 7, with hours from 9 am - 6 pm (Sundays 10 am - 4 pm)
- Location: Northampton, NN1
- Benefits: 28 days holiday, temp-to-perm opportunity
Your Role
As the Store Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and positive experience for customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and helping with product selection
- Maintaining clean, organised, and well-stocked displays
- Processing transactions, assisting with stock management, and supporting overall store operations
What We're Looking For
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or similar retail role is preferred
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends and adapt to a varied schedule as needed
