Job Title: Commissioning Engineer

Location: Midlands or anywhere in the UK (flexible)

Type: Full time, Permanent

Days only - Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000/year + BONUS PAID OUT EACH MONTH (between £15,000 to £20,000 extra per year)

In this role, you will travel to customer locations across the UK and Ireland to assist with machinery commissioning. Additionally, you will collaborate with dealers in our service areas to support both new and existing machinery on sites.

Further tasks include:

- Installing machines at customer sites and in showrooms.

- Ensuring that installations meet the specified factory standards.

- Reporting any discrepancies.

- Testing machinery for functionality and safety to ensure they are ready for use.

- Maintain, service, and repair all manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal functioning.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in machinery.

- Repair and replace faulty components, wiring, and systems to minimise production downtime.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications or Apprenticeship
  • At least 3 years of experience outside apprenticeship
  • Ability to read engineering diagrams
