A super opportunity for an experienced senior nurse with supervisory skills and experience of working in a care home has arisen. If you are are a deputy manager with a current PIN or an ambitious senior nurse this is the role for you.

The ideal candidate will be a personable and hands on nurse who is passionate about delivering best practice and be someone who is looking to join a hardworking and friendly team. You will be working mostly supernumerary hours 40 hours per week

You will support and deputise for the Home Manager and you will provide inspiring leadership to your colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care.

You will be a confident nurse and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills.


The home is a stunning Good rated purpose built nursing, residential and dementia care home that is part of a growing and well regarded care home group

You will be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a current PIN and based in the UK with the right to work , you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools.


You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improve
