We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Senior Support Worker to join our team, specializing in children and young people. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or an equivalent qualification in Residential Child Care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Mentor and guide junior support workers.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals.

**Requirements:**

- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or Residential Child Care.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
