Practice Manager - Leaving Care - From £47,664 - Hybrid
NonStop Care are working with a well established Local Authority in the East Midlands, who are looking for a Practice Manager to their Leaving Care service. They are looking for an individual to join and lead pods within the team in achieving the best possible positive outcomes for children and young people across the service.
This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you'll create a fantastic work life balance.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be working towards achieving the best possible outcome for children & young people by directing and supporting the work of the pod through a collaborative & systemic approach, while giving aid to the Team Manager in the management of personnel & resources.

Requirements:
- Experience working within a Leaving Care team.
- A Social Work degree & registered with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
- Ideally senior / management experience
