Residential Experience Officer - Northampton - 40 weeks - Term time onlyPertemps is currently recruiting for a Residential Officer to support and supervise the residential students at a local College, this role is a full time 37 hours per work 40 weeks a year.Hours: Mon- Fri rota basisSalary: £23,020.10Duties:- Promote a sense of community within college accommodation through social and educational programs and individual services, to ensure that students have the opportunity to succeed in their studies, fully participate in extracurricular activities, and develop resilience, and physical and mental health.- The support and supervision of students. To facilitate the development of those standards of welfare and discipline associated with a 'caring' community including the active promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion and the encouragement of an atmosphere and climate of respect.- The monitoring of the condition of and care for student residential, sporting, and social accommodation.Requirements:- Experience working with young people- Able to commit to a rota basis and some weekends and evenings- Great communication skillsIf you would be interested, in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Aylesbury Pertemps
