NonStop's client, in the East Midlands , is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a 9 month fixed term basis.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team on a 9 month fixed term basis. This allows you 9 months of stability and a chance to try out a permanent contract with an ethical agency while also not committing to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
  • Provide support and advise for foster carers
  • Manage a case of around 10 foster carers from Milton Keynes up to Leicestershire

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
  • Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
