We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Learning and Development Partner (lead on health). This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established health care company positioned the of field mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied and field based role with a scope for progression.

Location:

  • Northampton with travel and overnight stays

Requirements for the role:

  • To be a qualified RGN nurse.
  • Have strong understanding of good practice, current legislation and policy trends in Health and Social Care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of the learning and development group in the design, delivery and evaluation of health and social care training to employee.
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records of all course delivered using the learning management system.
  • To liaise with the services to ensure effective communication to meet the current and changing needs of the provision.
  • To keep abreast of all pending new legislation and registration requirements on behalf of the company.
