Post Adoption & SGO Team Manager - From £55,000 - Hybrid

NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the East Midlands, who are looking for a Team Manager to join their Post Adoption & SGO service. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a team manager within children's services and will be keen on the best possible impact on the lives of service workers.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

  • As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers.
  • Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
  • The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
  • An up to date DBS check
  • Experience holding
  • Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
