The Disabled Children’s Team supports children with complex disabilities and their families.The team consists of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, ASYE, Family Support worker and dedicated Business support.
Social worker for Children with Disabilities, Child in Need, Child Protection and Children in care.
Assessments of need, provision and review of care packages and multi-disciplinary team working.If you thrive to make a difference and have 3 years Social worker experience and this is the role for you, then we would love to hear from you.
