Full-Stack Software Developer (C# .NET)
Northampton / Hybrid (2 days in office p/wk)
£35k - £45k DOE
Partnerscale are looking for a talented, Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to join a fast-growing software company in Northampton, who are looking to grow the size of their Software Development team by 50% over the next 6 months.
It’s exciting times for this technology business, who continue to land new clients and have just won several new projects with household-name brands. They are part-owned by a larger organisation but run with complete autonomy as a scale-up, so you get the best of both worlds - stability combined with exciting, fast-paced work.
In 2025, they will be building a range of web and mobile applications for their clients, as well as continuing the development on their own, in-house SaaS platform, hence the need to grow their team.
You’ll be joining a friendly, Agile team of nine, who work closely with their Managing Director; a hands-on, highly experienced technologist with a background in building and selling tech businesses locally. A brilliant leader who they all love working with.
It’s genuinely a very collaborative, and friendly team of Software Engineers who all contribute to frontend and backend coding. Every project is planned and managed properly, ensuring you are never overworked and can focus on delivering fantastic software.
Our ideal candidate?
You’re a mid-level Software Developer with 2+ years of commercial programming experience with the .NET suite & SQL Server Database design (They use C# .NET Core on the backend) who enjoys following modern programming methods and principles. You’re happy contributing to both backend and frontend development (they’re currently using React on the front, experience with alternatives such as Vue.js, Angular, HTMX or similar is fine) and everything is in the Cloud, so Azure, AWS or GCP experience would be helpful.
They are also working on some Mobile Apps too currently, so experience in React Native, iOS or Android development would be helpful, but not a must.
