- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on sales, customer service, and customer engagement functionalities.
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CRM performance and functionality.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and related technologies to recommend enhancements and best practices.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Hands-on experience with web development frameworks, including JavaScript and HTML.
- Proficiency in working with SQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Azure services and how they integrate with Dynamics 365.
- Experience with CRM data migration and integration tools.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies is a bonus.
