You will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365, focusing on sales, customer service, and customer engagement modules. Working closely with a small but growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on the company’s technological advancements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on sales, customer service, and customer engagement functionalities.
  • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CRM performance and functionality.
  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and related technologies to recommend enhancements and best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with web development frameworks, including JavaScript and HTML.
  • Proficiency in working with SQL databases.
