Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, building on your prior administrative knowledge to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with minimal disruption to operations.
- Stay current with Salesforce trends and innovations to continuously enhance the platform.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members, contributing to overall team growth and success.
Core Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful system management and development projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning. Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Data Loader is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset and an ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Salesforce Developer certification (or willingness to achieve one) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is beneficial.
