Job Description:
* Design, develop, and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across retail, card, and customer datasets.
* Data selection for various business needs, including regulatory reporting, marketing campaigns, and operational support activities.
* Collaborate with teams to manage regulatory activity, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes by the end of 2025.
* Make necessary updates to the system, specifically for regulatory system amendments.
* Develop, test, and optimize SAS and SQL code to support customer operations, management, and communications.
* Assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns for customer outreach, using data-driven insights.
* Provide support for customer reach activities and other operational support functions.
* Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient communication support (comms) across various internal and external customer channels.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SAS and SQL programs for data quality, performance, and compliance.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
* Proven experience as a SAS Developer with strong proficiency in SAS Base, SAS Macros, and SQL.
* Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata) and data modelling.
* Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
