Tempeo is representing an exciting brand local to Northampton who require a Shopify Developer to support their exciting plans. Our client welcomes over 12,000 new customers every month and are expanding rapidly across multiple brands. This role is critical in supporting the development and optimisation of over 40 Shopify sites across four brands. You will work closely with the groups digital design team to bring new brands to life, creating and maintaining exceptional Shopify stores that are performance-driven and conversion-focused.


As a Shopify Developer, you will need to have extensive experience with building and maintaining Shopify stores, including Shopify Plus. Youll also be knowledgeable about the latest Shopify apps that enhance customer experience, maximise conversion, and ensure our stores are optimised to their very best performance.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimise Shopify stores across multiple brands within the Global Health Tests group.

- Collaborate closely with the digital design team to build new Shopify stores, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Work with Shopify Plus and utilise the latest Shopify apps to improve customer experience, maximise conversion, and optimise site performance.

- Ensure that all Shopify sites are operating at their best, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve site speed, functionality, and overall performance.

- Integrate and configure third-party apps to enhance the customer journey and optimise backend processes.

- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies to drive continuous improvement and increase sales.


What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus sites youve built or maintained.

- Expertise in Shopify platform features, Shopify Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including performance optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and user experience (UX).

- Experience with Shopify apps and integrations that enhance customer experience, including reviews, subscriptions, personalisation, and upselling tools.
