Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Individual Students: Work closely with students requiring additional assistance, understanding their unique needs, and providing personalized support to help them reach their full potential.

  3. Mentoring and Counselling: Provide emotional support and guidance to students, fostering their self-confidence and resilience.
  4. Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving conflicts between students in a fair and constructive manner, teaching valuable conflict resolution skills.
  5. Liaising with Parents and Guardians: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:
