  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to pupils within the classroom.
  • Assisting with Maths and English interventions tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure they receive the appropriate care and attention.
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborating closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored educational plans and support classroom activities.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A full DBS on the update service.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a primary school setting.
  • A Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Proven experience in providing one-on-one and small group support, particularly in Maths and English.
  • A solid understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
