SEN Teaching Assistant - Early Years

Location: Northampton

Rate:£85 - £105 a day

Duration: At least 2 Terms

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting the client's learners to reach their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.Based on performance the school stated there is a possibility this role could be made permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • AM -GLD: In the morning, you will be supporting students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with GLD (Good Level of Development). This means helping children meet key development milestones in areas such as communication, physical developmentand personal, socialand emotional skills.

  • PM -ASC: In the afternoon, your role will focus on supporting students with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition). This will involve assisting children with autism, providing individualised support to help them engage in learning, manage their behaviourand interact socially
