Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity in a nurturing and supportive environment? We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly pre-school attached to a primary school in Northampton.



About Us:

The Role:

As a key member of the early years team, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children's learning and development through play and structured learning.
  • Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed.


What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential).
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality early education.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS statutory requirements.
