We are looking for a 1:1 Support Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team at a primary school located in a village on the outskirts of Northmapton. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a child, providing tailored support to help them thrive both academically and personally.



The Role:

  • Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with additional learning needs
  • Assist with classroom activities and personalised learning plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
