- Communicate with both customers and suppliers, working with big named key accounts
- Develop and follow up sales opportunities
- Identify customer parts requirements & Source suppliers via web research
- Learn industry, client and market knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
- Accept and process customer orders
- Customer and product support - dealing with customers queries / issues
- Regular and timely customer and client liaison
- Receiving and booking in goods to the warehouse
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required
- Previous service & or parts experience
- Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework and good attention to detail
- Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail - Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Plant, Automotive or Commercial vehicle product knowledge or an engineering aptitude
- Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
- Comfortable working to KPI’s, targets and deadlines
