Mystery Video Shopper
Job Summary: We are seeking self motivated and reliable Mystery Shoppers to work within the Automotive sector to evaluate the customer service and overall experience at various at Tyre and garage locations. The Mystery Shopper will be responsible for visiting assigned premises, arranging Tyre inspections and Videoing then providing detailed video feedback on the experience
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned premises and video your entrance and conversations with the company representative make appointments and arrangements according to provided guidelines
- Observe and evaluate the customer service provided by employees
- Assess the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide detailed feedback and video on the overall experience
- Submit reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
Must be willing to travel
- Good standard of Education
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations over South of England
- Access to a computer and internet for report submission
- Must have
- Video experience and equipment
- A reliable car
- Prior experience as a Mystery Shopper or in a customer service role
- Experience in retail Mystery shopping
- Flexibility to work days and weekends
Salary: Hourly rate varies depending on location and assignment.
