Senior Consultant - Supply Chain & LogisticsRemote£75,000 - £90,000 + bonus, car and benefitsOverview:Our client is a highly-regarded and well-established Supply Chain & Logistics consulting business offering a broad range of strategic interventions on behalf of a host of well known businesses across retail, FMCG, 3PL and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a variety of consulting projects from initiation through to completion acting as the primary point of contact with the client to manage delivery, the relationship and expectations effectively.
  • Use your in depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics and procurement to analyse client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design, develop and implement customised supply chain solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of clients' existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with internal colleagues to build skills appropriate project teams to deliver tailored support and improvements to clients.
  • Support Consulting partners in developing, presenting and closing on compelling proposals, recommendations and solutions that address clients unique needs.

Person Specification:

  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years in project delivery
  • Ideally a track record of designing and implementing supply chain solutions for a range of clients.
  • Preferably have a background in inventory, S&OP, operations within a flagship retail organisation and understand the challenges and strategic approaches around delivering improvements.
  • Experienced in managing complex projects from concept through to completion.
  • Highly adept in using supply chain management software and technologies and familiar with data analytic tools for supply chain diagnostics.
