I am currently recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator for our growing client based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager with all aspects such as procurement, logistics and sales support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Order Processing, Reporting, Excel and Stock Control.

The role

  • Manage client queries and maintain ownership through to customer satisfaction
  • Creation and fulfilment of stock orders
  • Analysing sales and product performance
  • Manage stock issues and Liaise with suppliers regarding any delays or problematic deliveries
  • Process returns and credits
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Issue spare part quotations to customers
  • Reporting using Excel
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Head of Supply Chain

You must

  • Previous Stock Control or Order Processing experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A strong eye for detail and outstanding communication skills
  • Confident team player but must have the ability to work independently and manage account's confidently
  • The ability to analyse data with great attention to detail
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with key stake holders of all levels

To summarise you must have worked within Stock Control or similar previously and be confident to manage customer orders. You must be able to work logically, be extremely organised and have the drive to work in a thriving environment.
