Job Title: Multi-skilled Food Production Operative
Location: Northampton
Salary: £32,398 - £38,117
Our Northampton-based client has several vacancies within their Production Team, with potential for an immediate start.
The main criteria required to be considered for this role are: -
· In date external Counterbalance / Reach Truck licence
· Experience within a fast-paced Warehouse environment
· Food production experience (preferable, but not essential)
The role does require lifting / carrying / decanting from 25kg bags / boxes of powdered material.
Manual Handling aids are provided, but it can be classed as a heavy lifting role at times.
The average weekly hours will be 42 per week working a continental shift system of 12-hour shifts, alternating days, and nights on the below pattern:
4 on 4 off 06:00-18:00
4 on 4 off 06:00-18:00
4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00
4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00
