Job title: Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer
Location: Static site in Brixworth, Northampton
Terms: Continental Shift, Earlies & Lates
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 47,500 Per annum.
Requirements:
- Technically qualified (Mechanical. Electrical or Plumbing)
- 17th or 18th Edition (If Electrical)
- Building Services experience
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a engineer to be based on a high end commercial site in Brixworth, Northampton. You will be part of a large team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers free parking along with plenty of overtime. My client would look at candidates from any technical background.
Responsibilities:
- Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
