We have exclusive opportunity for a Reservations Supervisor for a luxury, world renowned pre opening based outside of Northampton. You must have your own transport to travel to the property.
The property gives their guests a personalised and unforgettable experience. Working closely with the Reservations Manager, you’ll oversee all reservations for groups, owners, and individual bookings and follow up on bookings in order to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type, verify availability of room type and rates, advise guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers and accommodating special requests to elevate the guest experience.
What you will need for this role:
- Similar experience in reservations in a hotel or food & beverage environment
- Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
- Proficient in hotel reservations systems such as Opera and in-house CMS systems
- Very high attention to detail
- High level of numeracy
