EAC are supporting a Market Leading Motorcycle Dealership who are on the lookout for a Service & Parts Manager to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about Motorcycles and have a indepth knowledge when it comes to the service and parts of Motorcycle then this could be the role for you.

You must be flexible to work weekends and available to work every Saturday, you will then have 1 day off in the week which is negotiable.

Duties for the Service & Parts Manager

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling service department- including walk ins, phone calls and emails.
  • Ordering parts and accessories as required for booked-in services, repair work and customer sales orders
  • Processing purchase orders, goods received notes and liaising with relevant suppliers
  • Supporting our experienced technician with diagnosing and problem-solving motorcycle related issues
  • Have very good pre-existing understanding of motorcycle components, parts and build to understand customers requirements.
  • Efficiently communicate with customers to provide updates, discuss maintenance plans, explain completed work, and handle customer payments.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all services.
  • Organising and prioritising workloads based on business needs across the operational, sales and workshop to maintain an efficient and productive workshop, contributing to a seamless workflow output.
  • Putting through manufacturer warrantee claims by accurately following processes with our suppliers

Ideal Service & Parts Manager

  • Workshop Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a vehicle service/repair environment, ideally motorcycles.
  • Technical Motorcycle Knowledge: This is an essential, we need someone who is Mechanically minded with a really good understanding of motorcycles, proficiency with motorcycle diagnostic tools and systems
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to run a service desk, digital workshop diary and continuously maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems and repair procedures (working with other vehicles is an advantage but we do need someone who has exceptional knowledge of motorcycles, this is a non-negotiable.
  • Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
