You will work alongside a dedicated team responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with replacement parts, and offering expert guidance on equipment operation, maintenance, and repairs. This position is primarily focused on providing maintenance and repair assistance both remotely and on-site, when needed, to dealers and end users.
