A Senior Vehicle Technician is sought for an independent automotive garage in Northampton.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 with Monday to Thursday hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Candidates should have at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications and experience in a similar role within a franchised environment.
Responsibilities include diagnosing complex faults, assisting newer team members, and working closely with the Workshop Controller.
Overtime is available, and no weekend work is required for this role.

Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
Working on Complex Repairs
Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
Working closely with the Workshop Controller

The ideal Senior Vehicle Technician will

Be a fully qualified Senior Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
Methodical problem-solving skills
