Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual with a background in the culinary arts to join our team as a Food Technology Instructor. This role does not require formal teaching qualifications; however, experience in a professional kitchen setting is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and accessible cooking and baking lessons tailored to our students' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement lesson plans that teach basic cooking and baking skills.- Adapt lessons to meet the varied needs and abilities of our students.- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.- Encourage students to develop their independence and confidence in the kitchen.- Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall educational goals of the school.- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Requirements:- Proven experience working as a chef in a restaurant or formal kitchen.- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.- Ability to develop creative and engaging lesson plans.
