Experience Required: Previous warehouse experience preferred
Shifts Available:
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday (alternating)
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Any 5/7 days
- Night Shift: 20:00 – 06:00, Monday to Thursday
Requirements: Physical fitness, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, safety awareness
Desirable: Forklift license or similar certification

Warehouse Operatives RequiredRapier Employment Ltd is currently hiring Warehouse Operatives for our client in Brackmills, Northampton.Pay: £11.44 - £14.44Choose from the following shifts:Shifts & Pay:

AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday (alternating).Pay: £11.44 per hour (Overtime: £17.16)
PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Any 5/7 days. Rotating between Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday during peak periods.Pay: £11.44 per hour (Overtime: £17.16)
Night Shift: 20:00 – 06:00, Monday to Thursday. 40 hours/week before break.Pay: £14.44 per hour (Overtime: £21.66)

Requirements for Warehouse Operatives:

Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred.
MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience is desirable.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely and efficiently.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime during peak periods.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management tasks.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Desirable:

Forklift license or similar certification.
