Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator to work on structural steel components during our night shift. The role involves:

Welding structural steel using MIG processes to a high standard.
Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings.
Fabricating steel components according to specifications.
Using workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Performing quality checks on completed work.
Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a MIG welder/fabricator, ideally with structural steel.
Ability to read and work from detailed technical drawings.
Strong understanding of welding techniques and steel fabrication.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Flexibility and reliability to work night shifts.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in welding/fabrication (desirable).
