Company Description:

A growing manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Project Systems Administrator to join their team to cover the planning and execution on tenders and provide support on developing new processes / tools.

Responsibilities as Project Systems Administrator:

• Provide administrative support to project managers.
• Prepare quotation and input onto ERP system.
• Process or feedback on successful and unsuccessful orders.
• Generate and distribute leads amongst the sales team.
• Submission of approved project tender package to customer / client along with any sample requirements
• Be a CRM Super User, ensuring all projects are updated in line with company requirements / guidelines.
• Consolidate information into a professional tender package for submission to the customer.
• Provide customer with updates on delivery and ensure all pre / post-delivery requirements are identified and met.

Skills and Experience as Project Systems Administrator:

• Proven experience of program / project support in a pressured manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of the project specification / tender / pricing process in a manufacturing environment.
• Development of robust action plans.
• Preparing tender documents & supporting material within a branded product environment.
• Experience of working within a CRM environment.

• Northfield, Rubery, Longbridge, Selly Oak, Birmingham
