My client based in Northfleet are looking to recruit a Forklift Driver with a counterbalance licence on a 4 on 4 off rota, starting at 6pm and finishing at 6am. You will be working with a company which reward staff with their salaries. You will get a 1500 salary increase after 3 months, 1% bonus every month based on your attendance taking your salary to 32,995 in your first year which is also coupled with a 2,500 salary increase EVERY April.
Day to day of the Forklift Driver:
- You will oblige to health and safety standards, ensuring you are in line with compliance for audits.
- You will be managing your day to day, learning new forklifts, working your way up to a triple.
- Moving materials and stock, using the forklift, around the very large yard from the operative station ensuring you are placing materials carefully.
- You will be working outside where you will be coming across all different seasons and weather conditions, mud and grit.
- You will reach monthly targets to ensure orders have enough stock for international and nation clients.
Requirements of the Forklift Driver:
- Counterbalance licence
- Experience of using forklifts daily
- Can work outside in different weather conditions
- A hard grafter who turns up to work everyday
- Can do attitude
- Can do 12 hour shits, 4 on 4 off NIGHTS.
