The Role:
- Working on all the standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC) Etc
- Advise on the most contractually and economically appropriate solution on a project by project basis.
- Negotiation skills
The Person:
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role.
- Experience in standard contracts
- Full UK Driving License.
