My exclusive M&E client are looking to recruit a Receptionist who will act as a first point of contact and handling a range of administration duties. You will be joining a small team who have a fantastic culture and have a forward thinking approach. This Receptionist opportunity will be growing into a deeper part of the business where you will be taking on document control, project resourcing, delving into HR responsibilities and taking on project administration.

Day to day of the Receptionist opportunity:

- Acting as the first point of contact for the business, managing a range of enquires, taking messages and acting as a gatekeeper.

- Provide administrative support to the operations and administration teams, scanning documents and updating spreadsheets.

- Managing the main inbox with a timely response and distributing emails out to correct teams.

- Scanning the backlog of documentation and uploading onto the share point.

- Printing off invoices and allocating them to the MD on a daily basis with an update on payment terms/ terms.

- Providing support with diary management, fleet servicing & MOT management and maintaining other records required.

- Develop the company documents and filing system making the process as smooth as possible.

- Monitor and order office supplies and stock.

Requirement of the Receptionist:

- Experience acting as the first point of contact and acting as the gatekeeper.

- Strong administrative skills, scanning, document management and filing skills.

- IT literate, Microsoft suite, mainly Excel.

- Strong attention to detail required.

- Worked in an environment where you have had to go through vigorous training to understand policies and procedures.

- Excellent customer service skills via telephone and email.

- Bubbly personality and outgoing nature.

- Eagerness to learn.
