The Job
As a Night Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards.
- Supervising and resourcing the night shift work programme, including emergency works.
- Conducting daily briefings, debriefings, and toolbox talks.
- Regular site inspections to maintain work quality and safety compliance.
- Promoting and enforcing safe working practices, including safety audits.
- Monitoring productivity, ensuring documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Providing a comprehensive handover to the day crew.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience, ideally in drainage, highways, or a similar sector.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- UK Driving Licence – Essential for this role.
