Position: Senior Healthcare Assistant
Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: 7am - 7pm
Overtime/Short Staff Cover: 2 per hour extra
Qualification Required: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Job Description
Our Client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team at a nursing home based in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Maintain accurate records and care plans
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
