Job Title: Business Development Executive (field based)
Location: Greenford/Northolt (NW London)
Salary: £32,500 Per annum pro rata + 15% bonus + company van + fuel card

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

We are recruiting for a field-based Business Development Executive to join our client in the Northwest London territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is working within the FMCG/Food Services sector so experience in this industry is preferred but not essential! If you have a strong background with territory sales then we'd love to chat.

This is initially a fixed term contract until the end of April 2025, with potential for extension or a permanent contract at the end.

Duties of the Business Development Executive:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships face to face
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction


Experience of the Business Development Executive:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally from a FMCG background
  • Strong experience within territory sales role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with software tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Due to the nature of the role successful candidates must have a valid manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
