Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Lead to join a vibrant school in Northolt for a maternity cover position starting in January 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to lead and inspire young learners while ensuring the highest standards in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, ensuring exceptional practice and continuity across the department
  • Plan and implement a creative, inclusive curriculum tailored to the needs of all students
  • Support and mentor Early Years staff, fostering a culture of professional growth
  • Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the wider community
  • Track and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to support each child’s unique development

Requirements: YOU HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF THE BELOW IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive experience in Early Years education
  • Proven leadership experience within an EYFS setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and effective early childhood teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment- 6 Years Experience as an Early Years Lead in a Primary School (MUST)
