About Us:A Primary School located in Northolt is looking for a new EYFS Teacher (Reception Class). Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) offers a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow in confidence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our supportive team and help lay the foundation for our students' future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
  • Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Conduct regular observations, track pupil progress, and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment in accordance with safeguarding guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS with relevant Early Years experience.
  • Proven experience working within an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Ability to create engaging, child-centered learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on young learners.
