Senior Power BI Developer
- Location: Northolt, West London
- Reporting to: Data and BI Manager
- Salary: 50k-55k
- Type: Full time, Onsite (not hybrid/remote)
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Northolt, West London.
Role Purpose
- Create and implement complete Power BI solutions to help the business meet its needs.
- Work with different teams to provide clear and visually appealing dashboards that show important insights.
- Make sure the data is accurate and performs well using advanced data techniques and tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve data models to combine information from various sources for Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Write advanced calculations to make data analysis and reporting easier and more effective.
- Design and create easy-to-use reports and dashboards that look great and are simple to understand.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data is accurately integrated, using tools to extract, transform, and load information.
- Test and optimize Power BI solutions to ensure they work reliably and efficiently.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Power BI Developer.
- Expertise in Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Degree educated desired.
- Strong data visualization and user experience skills.
- Right to work in the UK
