- Providing general assistance and support for the Health and Safety Manager

- Monitoring and updating corporate Health and Safety policies and accreditations

- Logging any Health and Safety incident reports that occur and managing incident book

- Reviewing and co-ordinating Health and Safety and training registers and updating when needed

- Scheduling and managing training course enrolments and informing staff members

- Conducting periodic office fire drills and organising fire alarm maintenance
