Senior School Administrator required in Northolt

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior School Administrator to work full-time in a primary school in Northolt.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, 35 hours a week, 5 days a week, term time only. The school can be flexible on start/finish times.

About the role

Support with front desk/reception duties

Supporting with answering calls/calling parents (with direction)

Admissions support

Attendance support

General office duties, photocopying, mailing

Provide administrative and organisational support to SLT, Head of Years (HOY) and Lead teachers (LT)

Experience completing the Census ideal but not essential

Managing day to day pupil and parent enquires

SIMS or Arbor experience is a must
