A large Primary School in Ealing are looking for a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified HLTA to work flexibly across the school in all year groups. They are looking for someone with good behavior management and will be able to cover a class. 

The Role

The school are looking for a cover supervisor/ Unqualified HLTA with the following:

  • Extensive experience in SEND
  • The ability to lead others
  • The ability to model best practice of adult-pupil interactions.
  • A proactive and positive approach to improving SEND provision

An HLTA qualification is preferred although not essential.
