Purchasing Administrator

We are currently working with one of our clients located in Northolt who are looking to bring onboard a Purchasing Administrator who can manage the full procurement process from processing the orders, supplier management, cost management and stock control!

For this role they need someone who has previous experience in building/construction and experience in procurement

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working in a fun and bubbly environment as well as someone who is happy to come in and hit the ground running!

Purchasing Administrator Duties:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Stock Management
  • Process returns for faulty or unwanted items
  • Assist in managing inventory levels
  • Analyse procurement reports
