We are representing a multi award winning Contractor-Developer client who deliver partnership regeneration and affordable housing schemes.

A privately owned business with an open and transparent approach to working with clients, they deliver residentially focused projects which are typically apartment led and of RC frame, with some traditional build.

We have been mandated to secure a proven Senior QS who will offer:

  • Demonstrable track record of medium to high rise residential projects
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • New build RC frame experience is a prerequisite.
  • Main Contracting or housebuilding experience:
    • Client Facing, Subcontractor Procurement and Management, CVR’s, Financial Forecasting, Variations, EOT’s
