About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on expanding a portfolio of leading drinks brands.

You will drive new business and achieve growth in sales, distribution, and profit across Greater London and the wider UK. This role involves building relationships with buyers in retail chains, wholesalers, and food service operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customers and secure listings for drinks brands.
  • Execute customer and distribution plans, with regular progress reports.
  • Manage promotional plans and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Build relationships and represent the business at key industry events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales, particularly in field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Working Pattern:

  • Field-based role with UK travel and office presence twice a week.
